Delisting request

General

First, we should point out that the NordSpam project is simply a DNSBL blacklist, we do not block anything. Our reputation databases are only IP addresses and domains that are consider probable sources of spam. Operators of email servers and sites may or may not use our reputation database information to classify or block your IP address or domain, it is their choice to do so.

All delistings from the reputation databases are free of charge.

IP address delisting

In order to delist a IP address, a request must be sent from the blacklisted IP block owner to our contact address, with evidences that spam issues has been resolved. If the operator continues to provide support services (such as webhosting) for the spammer, delisting might be delayed as a safety precaution.

Domain delisting

In order to delist a domain, a request must be sent from the blacklisted domain address (example: [email protected]) to our contact address, with evidences that spam issues has been resolved. We might verify the address by sending back a confirmation message and asking for a response.
